Sell to international customers in their language — no translator needed
The bot detects the buyer’s language and handles the entire purchase in it—from the first reply to the order card. You write your knowledge base, flows, and replies in Ukrainian—the bot translates automatically.
One purchase — six languages
These texts are from real conversations with a test store’s bot. See for yourself: open the store and message in chat in English, Polish, German, or Bulgarian.
From the buyer’s very first message — no language selection buttons. AI replies, buttons, the cart, checkout, and the order card all use that language. Product names, prices, and numbers stay the same.
The entire purchase, not just the answers
AI replies
The model replies in the buyer’s language right away, using your Ukrainian knowledge base and catalog.
Buttons & cart
“Buy,” “Checkout,” promo code, quantity, total—everything a buyer clicks and reads.
Place an order
Name, phone, Nova Poshta or pickup, payment, and an order card with statuses.
Reminders & broadcasts
Abandoned cart, unpaid order, repeat sale — every customer gets a message in their language.
Manager replies
The manager writes in Ukrainian in “Messages”—the buyer gets the translation in their language.
Website widget
Greetings, greeting buttons, input field, inquiry form, and labels—in the browser or conversation language.
- Product and brand names match your catalog.
- Prices, amounts, order numbers, and phone numbers stay unchanged; translations that miss even one number aren’t sent.
- Messages like “yes,” a phone number, or a single word won’t switch the language of the conversation.
- If a language isn’t listed, the reply will be in Ukrainian.
Four foreign languages are already enabled
Six more with one click in settings. Ukrainian is always available.
Frequently asked questions
Need to translate your knowledge base and catalog?
No. Write everything in Ukrainian: your knowledge base, flows, greetings, and reminder messages. The bot translates automatically and translates repeated phrases just once, then reuses them from memory.
How does the bot know which language to reply in?
Based on the buyer’s messages, not their phone’s interface language: many people use English or Russian on their phone but write in Ukrainian. Before the first message in the website widget, the bot uses the browser language.
And Russian?
It’s not enabled by default: Ukraine’s language law requires service in Ukrainian, and in another language at the customer’s request. If you need it, enable Russian in settings—the bot will reply in Russian only to people who write to it in Russian.
How much does it cost?
Included in all plans. The same AI model translates messages and generates replies, so translation counts toward your account’s AI usage. Each phrase is translated once per language, then served from memory.
How can a manager work with an international customer?
The customer card shows the conversation language, and each translated bot reply has its Ukrainian original beneath it. The manager replies in Ukrainian, and the buyer receives a translation. If the manager writes in the buyer’s language, the message is sent as is.
Can I turn it off?
Yes: AI & Knowledge → Settings → “Bot languages.” You can enable or disable individual languages there. Turn them off, and the bot will reply only in Ukrainian.
